Refund and Exchange Policy

Our refund and returns policy allows you to return items within 10 days of purchase. After this period, we regret that we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in its original packaging.

Certain items, like Wooden accessories, cannot be returned.

Here are some additional non-returnable items:

To process your return, please provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Our courier will be dispatched to collect the item from your location.

Items damaged or missing parts not due to our error will not be eligible for a refund.

Returns requested more than 10 days after delivery will not be accepted.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm receipt. We will also notify you if your refund is approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and credited to your original method of payment within a specified number of days.

Late or missing refunds: If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank account first.

Then contact your credit card company, as there may be a processing delay before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items: Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds; sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please email us at admin@TryMeInternational.com and send your item to:

Gifts: If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return once we receive the item.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver.

Shipping Returns: To return your product, mail it to our address.

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on your location, the time it may take for exchanged products to reach you may vary.
